This policy establishes clear standards for SUKOON professional training programmes and supports a fair, safe, accessible, transparent and consistent learner experience.

Section 01

Training Delivery & Learning Access

Training may include recorded modules, live online sessions, presentations, case-based learning, practical activities, worksheets and supporting resources, as specified for the programme. Learners are expected to participate professionally and complete required course components.

Section 02

Lifetime Course Access

Where lifetime access is included in the programme offering, learners receive continued access to purchased course content without a routine access-expiry date, subject to the terms applicable at enrolment.

Section 03

Technical / Platform Interruptions

If access is temporarily affected by a technical fault, platform maintenance, software update, system migration, upgrade or other technical issue, SUKOON will take reasonable steps to restore the learner's entitled access. A temporary interruption will not, by itself, be treated as cancellation or expiry of lifetime access.

Section 04

Course Access & Login Credentials

Access is provided through the designated learning platform using the learner's registered account and login credentials. Credentials are personal and must not be shared, transferred or provided to another person. Learners should protect their login details and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

Section 05

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of enrolment/payment, unless a programme-specific policy states otherwise. Eligibility depends on the circumstances and the extent to which digital content or services have been accessed or delivered. Refunds may be considered for material failure to deliver the promised educational service or another circumstance warranting a refund. Refunds are not normally provided solely because a learner changes their mind, does not complete the programme, misses scheduled learning or does not achieve a particular professional, clinical, employment, business or financial outcome.

Section 06

Intellectual Property & Copyright

Course presentations, recordings, worksheets, documents, frameworks, graphics and other educational resources supplied by SUKOON are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws and remain the property of SUKOON by Pallavi / Tiana Healthcare Clinic or respective rights holders. Materials are for the enrolled learner's personal educational use and must not be reproduced, redistributed, uploaded, published, resold, licensed, commercially exploited or shared with unauthorised persons without prior written permission.

Section 07

Equal Treatment & Accessibility

Learners are treated fairly, respectfully and with dignity. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation or unfair treatment is not accepted. Reasonable and practical adjustments may be considered for disability or specific learning needs.

Section 08

Data Protection & Confidentiality

Learner and confidential information is handled responsibly only for legitimate authorised purposes. We measure website visits and live activity using a browser visitor/session identifier, pages visited, time on page, referring website, campaign link details (UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term), approximate country/region, browser and device. This helps us understand website traffic and which channels bring visitors; anonymous visits are not contact leads and do not reveal a name, email or phone number unless you submit a form. We do not place health answers in analytics or page URLs. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings stop this tracking; you can enable these in your browser to opt out of future visits. Wellness enquiry contact details and optional health answers are used only by authorised Sukoon staff to understand and respond to the enquiry. Applications for Mastery level program are used to assess programme interest, eligibility and enrolment readiness; private follow-up notes are visible only to authorised staff. Visitors may choose a contact-only enquiry, decline promotional messages separately, and request access, correction or deletion by writing to tianahealthcareclinic@gmail.com. Enquiry and application records are retained only for legitimate care, training, legal and operational needs, then securely removed when no longer required.

Section 09

Digital Health & Safety

Learners should participate from a safe and suitable environment, use appropriate equipment and workstation arrangements, and take reasonable breaks during extended screen-based learning. Relevant concerns should be communicated through the designated SUKOON support channel.

Section 10

Learner Support, Feedback & Complaints

Learners may raise questions, technical concerns or programme-related difficulties through designated support channels. Feedback, evaluations and complaints may be reviewed to improve content, delivery, resources and learner experience.

Section 11

Certificates of Completion

Where applicable, a Certificate of Completion is issued through the designated learning platform after the learner has completed the required course components. The certificate is issued in the learner's registered name and reflects completion of the relevant programme.

Section 12

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy and participation in SUKOON training programmes shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with the programme or this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Tiana Healthcare Clinic's principal place of business, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Section 13

Content Updates & Continual Improvement

SUKOON periodically reviews educational content, resources, delivery processes and learner feedback. Materials may be updated in response to relevant evidence, professional guidance, technology or educational requirements. Where platform changes affect access, reasonable steps will be taken to maintain or restore entitled access.
